TOMA HAS A SUMMER HIT - LISTEN TO "5 MINUTES"!

After the successful singles 'Misjudgment' and 'Tamo', which will be on his second studio album, Toma has prepared for us a song with an infectious chorus for the summer that will surely be humming in the coming months - "5 minutes" is a summer musical delicacy imbued with the emotions of first love.

The song was created spontaneously, when the guys from Oryng World studio approached Tom with the idea of ​​a fluttery, dance song, which would perfectly match his sensibility. The beat "sat down" immediately, and the idea quickly turned into a finished song, for which Toma stated: "5 minutes" is a 'random' song that happened to me a few months ago. Together, Franko Štrbac and I finished the lyrics and music, and left the production to Borna Ledić and Marin Benja. I love unexpected collaborations and people who unobtrusively but powerfully entered my creative world. This is a song about the most sincere feeling of being in love - when you don't let go of your cell phone and count the minutes until a new meeting."

Along with Tomislav Marić and Franko Štrbac, who jointly signed the music and lyrics, Borna Ledić and Marin Benja worked on the production (in the signature and as mix/master engineer). The song "5 minutes" brings a light, modern pop groove, with a drinkable melody and emotion that the audience already recognizes and loves from Toma. The accompanying video number of the song was directed by the young, talented Dorian Domiter, with the assistance of photographer Dorian Jurinjak, and model Tamara Čes in the lead role. The video visually reinforces the emotional message of the song using the symbolism of space, light and color.

"We created a literal and metaphorical boundary between two people who are close but emotionally distant. The turquoise and orange light, the spotlight scene - all these elements enhanced the introspective character of the song, despite its lightness." – director Domiter points out.

"5 minutes" is a song for lovers, for those who are just getting to know that excitement and for those who remember how much five minutes can mean when someone is important to you, and it will certainly respond with its vibe in the upcoming warmer days. It is also the third official single from Tom's upcoming second studio album, which is scheduled to be released at the end of 2025.
