Shipping policy

Delivery of ordered products that are in stock is carried out via a courier service agent no later than 3 business days from the order confirmation. Ordered Products that are not in stock (Backorder) are delivered within 30 days provided that they are available. Sarajevo Disk d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel orders for products that are no longer available for purchase, of which the customer will be notified in a timely manner.

The product is delivered to the customer's address specified in the order. In the event that the courier service does not find the customer at the address, they will contact them by phone and attempt delivery two more times on the same day.  

ORDERS WITH A VALUE OVER 200 KM ARE EXEMPTED FROM POSTAGE.
