This webshop is owned by the company Sarajevo-disk d.o.o. The terms and conditions apply to every adult person who is fully legally capable and who, by completing the online payment, accepts the terms and conditions of Sarajevo-disk d.o.o.
All materials published on the Sarajevo-disk webshop pages are protected by copyright, and may not be downloaded, copied, or published, in whole or in part, without permission, in accordance with the Copyright Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sarajevo-disk d.o.o. strives to ensure that the data and information on these websites are accurate. The user expressly accepts using these websites at their own risk. Sarajevo-disk d.o.o. does not guarantee that these websites will always be available and accessible, or that they will be error-free, or that the data published on them will be accurate and reliable. Sarajevo-disk d.o.o. is not liable for any damage or injury that may result from using or being unable to use any part of these websites, or anything published on them. Purchase Process
Shopping through our webshop is simple. The user selects the product category, then selects a specific product and quantity (to increase or decrease the quantity, use the "+" and "-" symbols). By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, the details of the user's current order will appear in the top right corner. The same process applies to selecting other products from our offer. By clicking the "Payment" button on the right side, you proceed to finalize your purchase and access the payment section. Before selecting the payment method, you need to create a user account (please enter the correct email address for feedback from the card issuer).
Payment Methods
The user selects the payment method by clicking on the logo of the card they wish to use for payment. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or by using the following credit cards: Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa, and Amex.
When paying via direct bank transfer, you need to select this option and click the "Order" button. A page will open with your order number and details of our bank, which you need to enter into the payment slip. Be sure to include the order number for the payment, and enter the details of our bank – the company name and transaction account number – in the appropriate fields.
When paying by credit card, you need to select this option and click the "Order" button. The system will then redirect you to the Moore page, where you will need to enter the required card details. If everything is correct, after verification, you will receive your order number. The authorized payment amount will be charged at the time of order submission, and if there is any doubt regarding the accuracy of the data, the company reserves the right not to deliver the goods.
