Product Return Policy
The user has the right within 8 (eight) calendar days from the day of delivery of the product to replace the purchased product or return the product if he notices defects in it. Sarajevo-disk d.o.o. will, based on the request for return or exchange, return funds to the user's account or replace the product with a new one within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In the event that the replacement product is not in stock, it is possible to choose other products from our offer (with additional charge or refund of the price difference) or choose a refund to the account. The costs of returning the product are borne by Sarajevo-disk d.o.o.
The user is obliged to return the delivered products in the condition in which they were delivered and in the original packaging (trade packaging in which the goods were delivered) with the delivery note and invoice.
